With over 25 years of expertise in designing and managing government and private sector-funded grants and contracts, Rebecca has honed her skills across a global landscape, working in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. As a certified performance improvement technologist by the International Society of Performance Improvement, she specializes in grant writing, in developing robust systems and strategic plans, spearheading business development initiatives, and guiding organizations through effective change management. Holds an MBA and a BA in English. Prokope Advisors has a cadre of consultants comprising technical writers, graphic designers, and budgeters.
